CDA Plans to Launch Housing Project for Overseas Pakistanis in Sector E-11

Islamabad: According to the latest updates, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) plans to launch housing project for Overseas Pakistanis in Sector E-11 of Islamabad. As per the sources, this housing project will feature around 2000 lavish apartments available only for Overseas Pakistanis. The estimated cost of the project is expected to be around Rs. 70 billion.

CDA Plans to Launch Housing Project for Overseas Pakistanis in Sector E-11

In addition, it is a joint project and will be built as per international standards. The major aim is to provide Overseas Pakistanis with a high-standard lifestyle in their homeland. Moreover, the project is going to be built in Islamabad which is renowned for its state-of-the-art infrastructure, lush green areas, and clean environment.

Furthermore, work on the project design has already started and is expected to be completed within 4 years.  Despite this, CDA further added that 2 other major projects are underway for Overseas Pakistanis.

Overseas Pakistanis Club will be built in Islamabad and a residential project will be developed near the Korang River. The major purpose behind these projects is to clean the river and promote fish breeding, improving the local environment.

The CDA also plans to start residential projects on a joint project basis to save financial resources for other developments. It includes the construction of 8 underpasses along with many other projects. Also, work on 2 underpasses near Serena Hotel & Srinagar Highway is set to start instantly after the Shanghai Conference on Oct 15.
