Lahore: As per the latest updates, the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has inaugurated the Nawaz Sharif 853-Acre Information Technology (IT) City project in Lahore. As per the sources, this IT City project will be tax-free for almost ten years. The IT City project contains the development of a Knowledge City and a Film City.

NSIT City is grabbing the attention of top IT firms. Maryam Nawaz added that several universities will build their campuses in Knowledge City. Considering the immense response, the government has expressed its full support and stated that it will provide complete facilities to investors.
Furthermore, during the inauguration ceremony, CM Maryam Nawaz highlighted the project’s background and stated that Pakistna’s Former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, laid the foundation for the 853-Acre IT City, with the early phase completed in two and a half months.
