- Nexus Ideas is responsible for payments only when clients transfer funds to the company’s official account and receive an official acknowledgment or receipt.
- We are also responsible for payments received directly from clients in cash.
- In exceptional case if a client is unable to send payment to the official account, they may send it to the CEO’s personal bank account — but only with formal approval.
- Nexus Ideas is not responsible for any payments made to employees’ personal accounts or to anyone who is not officially authorized.
- We are not liable for any scams or fraud carried out by third parties pretending to represent the company.
