The following is the 3rd Balloting of Lahore Smart City acknowledgement slips new policy:
- For the residential units, make sure to pay 50% of the total value of the plots to get a general balloting acknowledgement slip.
- If you want to choose your preferred location, then you must pay 60% of the total value of plot to get the balloting slip.
- For commercial units, make sure to pay 40% of your total value of plots to get a general balloting acknowledgement slip.
- For the choice location, pay 50% of the total price of the plot to get the balloting slip.
The criteria mentioned above, it is pertinent to mention that the merger file should not be paid more than 45% for the residential units via the merger process.
Meanwhile, for the commercial units, make sure the payment through the merger file does not exceed 35%. The members can pay the rest of the payments in cash, by pay order, or by online deposit.
Note: The management of the LSC will not accept partial payments for instalments. So, take advantage of this amazing offer, which is valid till 5th June 2024.
