Lahore: As per the latest updates, the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites bids for building of Celestia Tower in NSIT City. Moreover, PCBDDA clarified that the interested companies must ensure to have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license registered under category ‘CA No-Limit’. Also, they must fulfil all the criteria set for the bidding process.

In addition, the bid security is around PKR 150 million. As per the sources, in case of joint venture, the lead partners must be licensed by the PEC under category ‘C-A’, registered in related categories with concerned authorities like:
- Income Tax
- Sales Tax
- Provincial Sales Tax
Furthermore, the partners must also be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Moreover, the major aim of constructing Celestia Tower in Nawaz Sharif IT City (NSIT) in to build an IT office complex to easily attract potential IT firms both national and international.
How to Participate?
Those who are interested to participate in this bidding process must make sure to have the followings:
- Must hold a valid PEC license under category “CA No-Limit”
- Visit the official website of the PCBDDA and download the tender documents to get more information
- Get the complete Tender Documents from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA by paying Rs. 25,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of a Pay Order/CDR/Demand Draft.
